At **SIIC**, we are seeking a **Maintenance Manager or Coordinator** to lead maintenance area activities, ensuring optimal operation of our facilities and compliance with internal processes. **Job Requirements:** * Proven experience in **maintenance administrative areas**. * Proficiency in **Excel** (intermediate–advanced). * Ability to use **AutoCAD** for interpreting and/or drafting plans. * Knowledge of **material requirements**, tools, and inventory control for the area. * Skill in **personnel coordination and logistics**. * Experience in task assignment, activity tracking, and on-site supervision. * Management capability, effective communication, and goal-oriented work. * **Willingness to travel to various locations across the Mexican Republic.** * Driving skills (manual and automatic transmission). * 3 to 5 years of experience (verifiable). * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
