Position Objective * Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for strategic clients through timely, proactive, consultative, and results-oriented management. Responsibilities * **24/7 strategic management** of key accounts (Lomas de Angelópolis area) * **Identify expansion opportunities** in products and services, driving increased sales and client profitability (cross-selling or up-selling) * **Serve as the liaison between customers and internal departments** (operations, technology, support, and administration), ensuring service-level agreement compliance * **Monitor performance of assigned accounts** using metrics such as satisfaction, service consumption, profitability KPIs, and goal achievement * **Oversee the full contract lifecycle with key accounts** — from initial negotiation through renewal or termination * **Train new customers/users** on platform usage, service requests, follow-ups, and ticket submission.
