Job Summary: This role involves monitoring, inspecting, and maintaining printing on flexible packaging, including managing rollers and flexographic plates, as well as identifying printing issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and inspection of printing on flexible packaging 2. Preventive maintenance of machinery 3. Inventory management of rollers and flexographic plates Monitor printing on flexible packaging; inspect dimensions, tone, and print registration; record activities performed; perform preventive maintenance on the machine. Maintain up-to-date inventory of rollers; keep flexographic plates in good condition; mount and dismount plates; adjust tone; inspect corona treatment.
