Your primary objective will be to expand our market presence through strategic prospecting and technical sales of our raw material solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Prospecting:** Identify and qualify leads in target segments (manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods, etc.). * **Market Analysis:** Monitor trends, competition, and pricing to adjust commercial strategy. * **Consultative Selling:** Translate customers' technical needs into customized raw material solutions. * **Sales Cycle Management:** From initial contact and proposal presentation to negotiation of high-value contracts and closing. * **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (procurement, operations, engineering). * **Reporting:** Use CRM tools to track opportunities and forecast sales. **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical) or International Business. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in industrial B2B sales, preferably in plastic resins, flexible packaging, or steel derivatives. * **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with transformation processes (injection molding, extrusion, blow molding) or metallic material properties. **Key Competencies:** * Advanced **negotiation and handling of technical objections**. * Ability to perform **financial analysis** (customer ROI). * Self-management and focus on achieving market quotas. * Effective communication and active listening to identify areas of opportunity. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary \+ uncapped bonus scheme. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Work tools (company car, laptop, mobile phone). * In-person work mode
