Engineer or Architect, aged 25 to 40 years, with a minimum of 3 years’ verifiable experience in developing preliminary and executive projects (for Walmart stores). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), 3D modeling and rendering, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and presentations. Portfolio of previous work required. Teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure, and client communication skills.
