We invite you to participate in our recruitment process for the position: **Accounting Analyst** **Responsibilities:** * General accounting. * Accounting journal entries (travel allowances, petty cash, reimbursements, supplier payments, income, invoicing). * Invoice, XML, and SAT review. * Payment complements. * Management of SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT portals. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience in manufacturing companies required. * Inventory taking. * Experience with Contpaqi Contabilidad and Contpaqi Bancos (Mandatory). * Knowledge of federal taxes and withholdings. * Preparation and recording of bank reconciliations. Required Competencies: * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * ERP (CONTPAQi) proficiency. * Advanced Excel skills. * Effective communication. * Proactive attitude. * Teamwork. * Initiative. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $15,000.00 * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * 13% savings fund. * 21-day Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo). * Immediate hiring.
