Join our team! **Position Mission** The mission of this role is to guarantee timely and accurate product delivery to customers through the digital home delivery service channel, by ensuring correct operations, strict adherence to service processes and protocols, and achieving established quality standards. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Ensure compliance with objectives of the home delivery service channel. \- Monitor and follow up on incidents and/or accidents related to the channel. \- Ensure availability and optimal operation of physical and technological tools used in the channel. \- Manage staffing in alignment with demand, productivity, and channel analysis. Requirements \- Completed high school diploma or technical degree. A bachelor’s degree or engineering degree (in progress or completed) in economics or administration is desirable. \- 1+ year of experience in the home delivery service channel.
