Key Responsibilities:* Ensure achievement of KPI targets set for Sales Representatives across mining, construction, and industrial markets where Weir ESCO products apply (e.g., sales, margins, visits, orders, collections, distribution, exhibitions, etc.). * Design, present, and execute commercial strategies that deliver profitable impact for the company and increase market share. * Define sales targets for each District Manager or for the team collectively, assigning monthly quotas to team members. * Continuously analyze the structure of commercial areas and assign operational projects within the region to effectively deploy visit plans, ensuring team efficiency and effectiveness. * Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero-harm behaviors in support of our drive to develop a world-class safety culture. Education and Key Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Postgraduate studies in Sales or Commercial Management, MBA or equivalent (desirable). * Minimum 5 years’ experience leading sales teams. * Proven experience in mining applications and wear parts, including Ground Engaging Tools (GETs), buckets, shovels, and supporting fleet such as excavators and motor graders. * Advanced English (spoken and written). * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel frequently to mining customers.
