




**DEMAND GENERATOR / MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE** **PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY – VILLAHERMOSA** **Private Market** At **VALPE**, a firm specialized in Talent Acquisition for the Pharmaceutical Industry, we are leading a strategic selection process for one of our pharmaceutical sector clients, focused on expanding and strengthening its sales force in **Villahermosa**. We are seeking Demand Generators with experience in specialized medical detailing and point-of-sale promotion, results-oriented professionals with commercial discipline and the ability to comprehensively manage their territory, driving portfolio growth in the private market. **Position Objective** To promote and develop demand for the portfolio in **Villahermosa**, through specialized medical detailing, effective pharmacy and point-of-sale (POS) management, and disciplined execution of commercial strategies aimed at achieving and exceeding sales targets. **Required Profile** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry, Biology, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience:** * Proven experience in territorial sales within the private sector of the pharmaceutical industry. * Experience engaging high-specialty physicians, pharmacies, and points of sale (POS). * Execution of specialized medical detailing, promotion, negotiation, and results-oriented commercial follow-up. * Minimum 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry. * Audit activities, promotional sales, and POS execution (pharmacies, clinic physicians). * Desired experience with Big Pharma or leading national laboratories. **Certifications (desirable):** * Courses on objective-based medical detailing. * Sales management or commercial development. **Key Responsibilities** * Promote and sell the assigned portfolio to key specialist physicians, pharmacies, and POS, ensuring minimum coverage of 95% of the assigned universe. * Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals. * Analyze market, competition, and territorial dynamics to identify opportunities and propose commercial outreach strategies. * Deliver technical and commercial product presentations and training sessions on the portfolio. * Conduct ongoing follow-up with physicians and POS (revisits), reporting activities, results, and opportunities via CRM. **Key Skills and Competencies** * Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and applicable regulations. * General knowledge of anatomy, pathophysiology, and pharmacology. * Effective communication and presentation skills. * Negotiation ability with physicians, customers, and independent POS. * Strong results orientation and commercial productivity. * Market data analysis and execution of micromarketing tactics. * Proficiency with technological tools (CRM, Office, palms). * Efficient time, resource, and budget management (ROI). * Teamwork, adaptability to change, and professional ethics. **Languages** * Spanish required \| English desirable **Compensation Package** **Base Salary:** * $30,000 MXN per month **Commissions on Net Sales:** * 10% upon 100% achievement of monthly quota * 12% upon 105% achievement * 15% upon 110% achievement (maximum cap) **Guaranteed Commissions during Probation Period (three months):** * First Bonus: $20,000 MXN * Second Bonus: $10,000 MXN **Per Diems** * Corporate expense card (amount assigned according to territory). **Benefits** * Company vehicle (Corporate Car Plan) * Major Medical Expense Insurance * IMSS and Infonavit * Vacation: 12 days in the first year * Vacation bonus: 25% * Year-end bonus: 15 days * Profit-sharing (PTU): 3 months **Employment Conditions** * Direct employment with the company. * Three-month probation period with guaranteed commission scheme. * Monthly and pool-based commission structure aligned with the quota assigned by the Territorial Manager. * If the individual quota is not met for three consecutive months after the first six months of employment, the position may be terminated for performance reasons per internal policy. * If the territory exceeds the accumulated semi-annual quota by more than 10%, the team will receive an additional semi-annual pool incentive of 10% on accumulated Net Sales. **Talent Onboarding and Evaluation Process** As part of the selection process, finalists will participate in a one-week selective onboarding program (Monday to Friday), fully paid. During this period, the following will take place: * Training in pharmaceutical sales and commercial strategy. * Training in CRM and technological tool usage and management. * Assessment Center application, focused on evaluating commercial competencies, field execution skills, cultural alignment, and performance potential. This process aims to ensure the best match between talent and organization, guaranteeing a selection based on observed performance, competencies, and affinity with business culture and expectations.
