We seek a committed, goal-oriented administrator to work in the commercial area of a company dedicated to automotive sales, repair, and financing. This position requires organizational skills, teamwork capability, and outstanding customer service. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * ***Manage vehicle inventory in systems***: Be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records of available and/or operational vehicles by entering relevant information and ensuring overall accuracy. ***\*Track achievement of commercial management-set objectives***: Collaborate closely with the Sales Administration Management to establish goals and objectives, and monitor and report progress toward their attainment. * ***Monitor the operational team to ensure objective achievement***: Supervise and support staff across all assigned areas to ensure they meet established objectives. In case of deviations or difficulties, promptly inform the Administrative Management and propose solutions for improved performance. * ***Customer Service***: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.
