We seek someone capable of leading multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure environments, acting as a strategic partner to senior management, and ensuring that each deliverable generates real value for the institution using agile work methodologies. **Key Challenges of the Role** This position’s main challenge is to ensure alignment and synchronization across multiple Scrum teams, support areas, and *shapers* within an agile framework—delivering business commitments with the expected quality and on agreed timelines in a highly complex operational environment. **Main Responsibilities** * **Agile Portfolio Management:** Prioritize and manage project initiation based on KPIs and the corresponding Value Stream’s value proposition. * **Effective Execution:** Monitor the backlog of assigned projects, ensuring delivery meets scope, quality, and committed deadlines. * **Team Leadership:** Guide multidisciplinary teams while maintaining an environment of effective execution, motivation, and empowerment. * **Agile Methodology Implementation:** Ensure strict adherence to the methodology and its ceremonies (Dailies, Retrospectives, etc.) across all involved teams. * **Executive Reporting:** Prepare high-level presentations for management committees, translating technical progress into business indicators (KPIs). * **Strategic Partnership:** Act as a facilitator between senior management and operational areas to remove impediments. * **Business Intelligence:** Analyze sales and operational data to propose enhancements to the value proposition and identify market opportunities. * **Quality Control:** Validate that deliverables meet business standards prior to launch. **Requirements** **Knowledge and Experience** * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in administrative, engineering, or related fields.
