Job Description and Responsibilities * Verify validation information for assembly, machinery, and equipment related to the manufacturing process. * Collaborate with local team members, team leaders, management, and support staff * To foster a culture that drives improvement. * Design processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety. * Operate and manage processes to improve efficiency and quality. * Standardize operations and optimize production processes. * Reduce costs by improving process efficiency (scrap reduction). * Provide staff training on updates to manufacturing processes. * Execute and manage the introduction of new projects.
