Development of performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy and turnover **Inventory Supervisor** **Location:** Lerma, State of Mexico **Work Modality:** On-site **Job Mission:** Ensure the integrity and accuracy of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventories, guaranteeing operational flow and compliance with the company’s quality and food safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise physical inventory counts (cyclical, monthly, and annual). * Investigate and resolve discrepancies between system (ERP) records and physical stock; implement action plans to reduce shrinkage. * Supervise storage practices to ensure compliance with hygiene standards, product rotation (**FIFO/FEFO**), and allergen control. * Monitor proper material placement and space optimization in refrigerated/frozen chambers or dry warehouses. * Develop performance indicators (**KPIs**) such as inventory accuracy, stock turnover, and shrinkage value. * Supervise warehouse staff and forklift operators, ensuring correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
