




Job Summary: Supervise the integrity and accuracy of inventories by coordinating physical counts and optimizing storage to ensure operational flow and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Development of performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy and turnover **Inventory Supervisor** **Location:** Lerma, State of Mexico **Work Modality:** On-site **Job Mission:** Ensure the integrity and accuracy of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventories, guaranteeing operational flow and compliance with the company’s quality and food safety standards. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise physical inventory counts (cyclical, monthly, and annual). * Investigate and resolve discrepancies between system (ERP) records and physical stock; implement action plans to reduce shrinkage. * Supervise storage practices to ensure compliance with hygiene standards, product rotation (**FIFO/FEFO**), and allergen control. * Monitor proper material placement and space optimization in refrigerated/frozen chambers or dry warehouses. * Develop performance indicators (**KPIs**) such as inventory accuracy, stock turnover, and shrinkage value. * Supervise warehouse staff and forklift operators, ensuring correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. (Mandatory) * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably within the food, pharmaceutical, or fast-moving consumer goods industries. * Extensive knowledge of inventory management and logistics. * Leadership, organizational, and effective communication skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, complex formulas). * Experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics). * Knowledge of quality standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, or Mexican food regulations - NOMs). * Availability to work Monday through Saturday **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Professional growth opportunities * Benefits including grocery vouchers, savings fund, cafeteria service, and Christmas card.
