RESPONSIBILITIES: * Verify compliance with physical and physicochemical standards for raw materials, packaging, in-process products, and finished products using sampling methods and measurement tests for release or disposition. * Perform control and record retention samples of products, raw materials, in-process products, packaging, and supplies. * Conduct sensory, consistency, and pH tests for release and/or disposition of products, raw materials, and supplies. * Support and actively participate in quality and food safety assurance programs (GMPs, 5S, HACCP, and PRPs). * Maintain and monitor compliance with Good Laboratory Practices.
