




**Job Description** ------------------------- Execute the dispatch of finished products, ensuring dispatch of the quantities and products specified by destination (customers or UNs), compliance with the loading schedule, and support for the implementation of the National Road Safety Strategy. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Answer phone calls from internal and external customers. * Receive monetary payments: cash, checks, bank card collections, handover to cash collection staff. * Reconcile shift entries and exits of cement and multi-products. * Document control: scanning delivery notes, sending physical delivery notes to Accounts Receivable, handling provisional documents, return forms, weighing tickets, etc. * Prepare cement and multi-product reports: daily shipments, inventories, dwell times, production. * Process railway documentation. * Apply and monitor road safety: express checklists, risk route sheets, driver logbooks. * In the Supervisor’s absence, assign tasks to technical staff and oversee operations. **Job Challenges** -------------------- * Direct interaction with Operators. * Shift reconciliation. * Customer interaction. * Supervision of Operators’ logbooks. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Education: * Industrial Engineering, * Engineering (various disciplines), * Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. * English language proficiency: B1 and above. Required Experience: * Dispatch experience. * Customer service experience in cement and multi-product dispatch processes. Required Knowledge: * Microsoft Office (Excel: beginner to advanced).
