Job Description Mission: Collaborate and provide support on projects carried out by his/her unit/department, in keeping with the guidelines given by his/her supervisor, performing the tasks delegated to him/her and satisfying the needs of the internal client. Positions in this sub-family are responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and timely with correct withholding and deductions. Activities include: * Calculating overtime, shift payments, sales commissions and bonuses * Accounting, distributing, and preparing taxes and deductions * Maintaining payroll records * Preparing reports for management or to meet legislative obligations * Ensuring payments comply with collective bargaining agreements, legislation, or other regulatory instruments * Preparing and distributing pay information to employees. Candidate Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration Additional Training: Updates on IMSS Law, INFONAVIT Law, Income Tax Law (ISR), Federal Labor Law, and local tax laws.
