




Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring accurate payroll calculation and processing in compliance with current tax and labor regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll calculation and processing 2. Incident management and tax determination 3. Preparation of administrative and financial reports **Job Objective:** Ensure accurate payroll calculation, processing, and control for personnel, guaranteeing compliance with current tax and labor regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Weekly and/or biweekly payroll calculation and processing. * Management of incidents (absences, vacations, disabilities, overtime, etc.). * Calculation and stamping of payroll receipts. * Determination and payment of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and ISR. * Preparation of reports for the administrative and finance departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law, and Income Tax Law (ISR). * Proficiency in payroll systems and intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * High level of confidentiality and organizational skills.
