




Position Summary: Responsible for ensuring timely payroll calculation and processing, as well as compliance with obligations before IMSS and INFONAVIT. Key Highlights: 1. Addressing staff inquiries regarding payments and deductions We seek to ensure accurate and timely weekly payroll calculation and processing, as well as compliance with obligations before IMSS and INFONAVIT, guaranteeing adherence to current regulations. **Responsibilities** * Weekly payroll calculation and processing. * Determination of earnings, deductions, incidents, and severance settlements. * Management and submission of affiliation transactions to IMSS via **SUA and IDSE**. * Calculation and payment of employer–employee contributions. * Control of employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments. * Addressing staff inquiries related to payments and deductions. * Generation of payroll reports and reconciliations. * Compliance with tax and labor obligations related to payroll. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in weekly payroll calculation. * Demonstrable proficiency in **SUA and IDSE**. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, and INFONAVIT. * Experience in calculating severance settlements and liquidations. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Organization, confidentiality, and attention to detail. **Competencies** * Strong sense of responsibility. * Numerical accuracy. * Discretion in handling confidential information. * Ability to work under pressure during weekly closings.
