




Job Summary: A professional with experience in payroll calculation and management, handling personnel incidents, and compliance with tax and labor obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Manages payroll, earnings, deductions, and severance payments. 2. Handles personnel incidents and procedures before the IMSS. 3. Calculates taxes and employer-employee contributions. Main Responsibilities * Calculate and prepare biweekly payroll. * Determine earnings, deductions, severance payments, and settlements. * Manage personnel incidents: absences, tardiness, disabilities, and vacations. * Handle registrations, cancellations, and modifications with the IMSS. * Stamp payroll CFDIs and ensure their proper issuance. * Calculate taxes (ISR/ISN) and employer-employee contributions (IMSS, RCV, INFONAVIT). * Reconcile payroll income, expenses, and invoicing. * Prepare reports and maintain payroll file control. * Address employee inquiries regarding payroll payments and receipts. Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in payroll. * Knowledge of payroll, basic labor legislation, and accounting. * Intermediate Excel skills and experience with payroll systems (preferably COMPAQ). * Familiarity with IMSS/SAT platforms.
