What Do You Need? Experience in a similar role as Payroll Leader, managing payroll for \+1,000 employees. Super plus knowledge of the retail sector Excellent handling of SUA and IDSE: employee onboarding, offboarding, salary adjustments, variable payments, reconciliations, and payroll payment generation. Proficiency with IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot platforms. Compliance with labor and tax regulations. Preparation of detailed reports Identification and mitigation of risks in payroll processing Responsibilities Oversee biweekly payroll calculation and disbursement, as well as ad-hoc payroll runs. Review ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAR, FONACOT, and ensure all figures reconcile correctly. Validate calculations for severance pay, settlements, PTU, year-end bonuses, bonuses, and bimonthly variable payments. Coordinate accounting entries and payroll vs. accounting reconciliations. Respond to authority requests and financial audits. Prepare monthly payroll cost reports and analyses. Identify and mitigate risks in payroll processing.
