




Job Summary: Temporary Payroll Specialist to process payroll incidents, disburse payrolls, and manage procedures with IMSS, FONACOT, and INFONAVIT, ensuring regulatory compliance. Process weekly payroll incidents in the system (hires, terminations, salary adjustments, leaves of absence, suspensions, overtime, bonuses, FONACOT loans, disabilities, tardiness, absences, deductions, shift changes) 2. Disburse payrolls via NET CASH BANCOMER and complete KPI reporting 3. Submit bimonthly variable data to IMSS, and perform hires, terminations, and salary adjustments with IMSS 4. Apply weekly food voucher balances, register new cards and replacements on the corresponding portal 5. Verify correct application of deductions such as FONACOT and INFONAVIT, and request monthly and bimonthly payments 6. Report weekly payroll journal entries to Accounting 7. Monitor time clock reports and register new employee hires in the System 8. Report monthly closing entries to the Accounting Department (Income Tax [ISR], Subsidy, Special Contribution for Social Security [ISN]) 9. Administer the savings fund and ensure its proper annual distribution 10. Manage savings fund loans to employees 11. Calculate risk premium 12. Perform annual calculation and adjustment 13. Verify compliance with the **Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax Law (LISR), and Social Security Law (LSS)** in payroll calculations 14. Generate and review payroll reports, CFDI stamping, and payment disbursement 15. Coordinate additional activities: adding dependents, updating and removing beneficiaries under the SGMM policy 16. Track insurance claims and support employees with required documentation 17. Verify accurate billing and reconciliation of SGMM policy payments 18. Coordinate personnel onboarding and offboarding processes related to payroll and SGMM 19. Prepare employment certificates, income letters, and other administrative documents 20. Support onboarding processes related to benefits and payroll policies 21. Generate key performance indicators: incidents, payroll costs, SGMM usage, claims, and monthly movements 22. Prepare information for internal audits, automotive certifications (IATF 16949\), and customer and authority reviews 23. Process final settlement calculations for terminated employees and handle payment procedures 24. Address operational and administrative staff needs (vacations, payroll, savings fund, CFDI stamping) 25. Respond to payroll-related requests from government institutions: SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT 26.
