




Job Summary: Payroll Manager responsible for managing employee onboarding, offboarding, modifications, payroll calculation and processing, vacation control, and related payments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the entire payroll lifecycle and related procedures. 2. Performs contribution calculations and submissions to IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. 3. Maintains up-to-date labor and tax information for personnel. * Employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS * Calculation and processing of regular, retroactive, and extraordinary payrolls; timely and accurate payment of employee salaries. * Processing of payroll incidents * Vacation day tracking * Calculation and payment of food vouchers * Payment of special payrolls * Managing necessary incidents to ensure timely payments. * Accurate integration of the Base Salary for Contributions (SBC) and timely submission of modifications to avoid collection-related issues. * Staying updated on labor and tax legislation. * Ensuring that taxable withholdings per employee correspond to their applicable tax regime. * Drafting employment contracts * Issuing income verification letters * Cancellation, reissuance, and issuance of payroll receipts * Payment of payroll-related taxes * Payroll reports * Calculation of employer-employee contributions and processing in IDSE, SUA, and SIPARE systems. * Calculation of ISN and its submission via the corresponding state-specific portals. * Conducting procedures before IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. * Determination of separation payments (final settlements and liquidations) * Other duties relevant to the Payroll Manager position Position Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
