




· Maintain strict attendance control. · Prepare, in coordination with department heads, the annual vacation schedule and make necessary adjustments as required. · Apply payroll deductions for employee incidents. · Monitor employee leave records. · Participate in monitoring, processes, and implementation of various tasks aimed at reducing turnover. · Register new employees in the Macro Pro system. · Stay updated on changes to social security regulations. · Submit personnel hiring and termination records to IDSE. · Update SUA. · Prepare checklists for complete personnel files (periodic review). · Keep the system database up to date with all information regarding positions, departments, salaries, and wages. · Manage assigned resources. · Train staff (including recordkeeping and documentation filing). · Enter and review weekly pre-payroll.
