




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage payroll calculations, incident tracking, IMSS registrations/terminations, severance settlements, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive payroll management and incident handling 2. Management of payroll platforms and labor legislation (IMSS, SUA, IDSE) 3. Direct support to employees for clarifications **OPEN POSITION:** Payroll Analyst **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation and calculation of weekly and biweekly payroll. * Incident tracking (absences, disabilities, vacations, overtime). * IMSS registrations, terminations, and modifications. * Calculation of severance settlements and liquidations. * Management of SUA, IDSE, and payroll platforms. * Employee support for payroll and receipt-related clarifications. * Compliance with tax and labor obligations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of labor legislation and IMSS procedures. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Organizational skills, confidentiality, and results-oriented mindset. **WE OFFER:** * 100% IMSS registration * Weekly payment (BBVA) * 20-day Christmas bonus * 12 vacation days * Monthly food vouchers: $2,000 * 25% vacation premium * Interest-free loans through the company * Profit-sharing * Major Medical Expense Insurance Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
