




Position Summary: A leading IT-sector company is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to manage and process payroll, as well as operate and monitor IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT obligations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and processes weekly and biweekly payroll. 2. Administers IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT obligations. 3. Ensures correct ISR withholding and application of subsidies. A prominent IT company is seeking: Payroll Coordinator Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration. Experience: 3 years in the role, managing payroll for at least 500 employees. Proficiency in Contpaq. Main Responsibilities * Payroll Management and Processing * Accurately and timely process weekly and biweekly payroll. * Validate payroll incidents: attendance, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and adjustments. * Ensure correct calculation and integration of the Base Salary for Contributions (SBC). * IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT * Manage employee registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications with IMSS. * Handle and administer leaves of absence (work-related risks, general illness, maternity leave). * Perform IMSS reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. * Operate and monitor SIPARE, IDSE, and SUA systems. * Respond to IMSS and INFONAVIT requests, audits, and clarifications. * Administer INFONAVIT deductions (loans, amortizations, adjustments). * Operate the FONACOT portal: registrations, deductions, modifications, and clarifications. * Ensure proper application and remittance of deductions in accordance with current regulations. * Ensure correct ISR withholding and application of the subsidy. * Prepare documentation for payments related to: Payroll, ISN, IMSS, FONACOT. * Ensure proper electronic stamping (timbrado) of payroll receipts.
