**About the Company** A leading company in the advertising sector, engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of advertisements and signage, as well as leasing of advertising spaces, is seeking a **PAYROLL ANALYST**. Location: Iztacalco, Mexico City. **Job Objective:** Ensure employees receive their payments accurately and on time. Calculate salaries, overtime hours, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring compliance with tax laws and payroll regulations. Maintain reliable payroll records and generate relevant reports for management decision-making. **Job Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (degree required). · 3–5 years of comprehensive experience in payroll and IMSS management, including weekly, biweekly, and fortnightly payroll calculations. · Proficiency in *Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced Excel)*. · Experience with COMPAQ Payroll software and platforms IDSE, Fonacot, Infonavit, SUA. **Job Responsibilities:** · Management of payroll incidents. · Calculation of regular payrolls (weekly, biweekly, and fortnightly). · Calculation, validation, and determination of taxes derived from payroll. · Calculation of severance payments, settlements, and other earnings. · Calculation of special payrolls: PTU and Christmas bonus (aguinaldo). · Verification of correct application of labor and tax legislation. · SUA reconciliations. · CFDI stamping. **Benefits and Additional Perks:** * Work schedule Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hours (full-time). * Gross monthly salary of $15,000 (paid biweekly). * Food vouchers (6%), Savings Fund (5%), subsidized cafeteria. * Permanent employment (3-month probationary period). * On-site work modality. * Collaborative work environment. * Training and Development.
