Company in the tax sector seeks your talent!! **Payroll Account Executive** Position location: Colimán 50, Chapalita Sur, Guadalajara, Jalisco ***We offer:*** Competitive salary of $14,000 to $16,000 Variable earnings based on portfolio/results Statutory benefits Positive work environment Job stability **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM** **POSITION PURPOSE** Comprehensively manage and monitor payroll client portfolios, ensuring accurate payroll calculation, timely electronic invoicing (CFDI), customer service, and compliance with tax and labor regulations. **CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS** \- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. \- Minimum required experience: 2–3 years managing payroll accounts. \- Essential technical knowledge: Payroll calculation, payroll CFDI, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR, SUA, intermediate/advanced Excel. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Direct client service for payroll accounts. \- Receipt, validation, and tracking of incidents. \- Payroll calculation and pre-certification validation. \- Issuance of payroll CFDI. \- Coordination of payments, disbursements, and closing procedures. \- Addressing client and staff inquiries. \- Incident follow-up with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT. \- Delivery of payroll reports.
