




Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting * Minimum of **3 years of experience in similar positions** * Proficiency in **NOI Aspel** * **Advanced Excel** * Knowledge of **SAP or Compaqi** * Handling of **payroll incidents (weekly and bi-weekly)** **Responsibilities:** * Payroll calculation and stamping * Integration of salaries and calculation of employer-employee contributions (IMSS) * Registration, termination, and salary modifications with IMSS * Filing of payroll tax returns * Management of payments to FONACOT * Administration and safeguarding of digital files **Key Knowledge and Skills:** * IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, FONACOT * Resolving employee inquiries and following up with staff regarding payroll questions or clarifications * Proactivity, discretion, and responsibility * Effective communication and attention to detail * Teamwork and sense of urgency * Calculation of severance payments and settlements * Handling of SUA **We Offer:** * Base salary plus statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, Saturday (rotating) * Bi-weekly meals Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
