Position Summary: Responsible for the medical service, coordinating plant walkthroughs, providing comprehensive occupational and preventive health services, managing occupational health risks, and conducting health and safety training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads the medical service and coordinates plant walkthroughs. 2. Provides comprehensive occupational and preventive health services. 3. Manages occupational health risks and conducts health-related training. Medical Doctor Degree and License Responsibilities: * Responsible for the Medical Service * Coordinate and conduct plant walkthroughs * Provide comprehensive occupational health services, including occupational medicine, preventive medicine, and hygiene, to reduce and prevent occupational health risks. * Identify training needs, develop instructional materials, and perform trainer functions on health, safety, and environmental topics. * Maintain clinical records for employees to ensure timely detection of pathology. * Familiarity with ST7, ST2, and ST8 forms * Responsible for managing public health emergencies * Conduct job-specific occupational risk assessments Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free uniforms Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * General practice: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Medical Doctor Degree and License (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
