Guarantee budget compliance and cost efficiency At Labopat, a Mexican company specializing in pathological diagnostics and committed to excellence in the healthcare sector, we seek to integrate an Industrial Engineer with analytical and financial expertise into our team to strengthen input, inventory, and cost control across our branches. **What will be your mission?** Ensure control, analysis, and optimization of inputs used across our branches and laboratories, guaranteeing budget compliance, cost efficiency, and timely supply to ensure operational continuity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Process and record branch requisitions in the system. * Verify compliance with procurement policies and authorized budgets. * Analyze unit and total input costs. * Evaluate suppliers and negotiate optimization alternatives. * Track purchase orders and delivery timelines. * Monitor inventory levels by branch. * Perform physical and system inventory reconciliations. * Identify variances and propose adjustments. * Prepare executive reports for Management and Executive Leadership. * Collaborate with Accounting to validate invoices and purchase orders. * Support input budget planning. **What profile are we looking for?** **Mandatory:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (degree certificate and professional license) * 3–5 years of experience in: * Inventory control * Cost analysis * Procurement planning * Budget management * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) * Experience working with multiple units or branches (preferred) Work Location: Palmas Plaza Position Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
