




**Who Are We?** At V\-Care: Healthcare IT Solutions, we distribute CLTECH’s solutions with support throughout every stage of project development, including support, engineering, and development of solutions focused on clinical and pathology laboratories, blood banks, and sample collection. **General Description** A professional responsible for requirements gathering, solution implementation, and first\-level support services for solutions dedicated to clinical laboratories and other business segments. **Key Responsibilities** * Implement and deploy clinical software, ensuring its proper operation within the client’s environment. * Integrate software with required hardware, including laboratory equipment, readers, interfaces, and peripheral devices. * Configure and validate network connectivity, data communication, and technical parameters necessary for system operation. * Execute functional and technical tests after installation to ensure stability, performance, and compliance with operational requirements. * Provide technical support during system startup and stabilization phases. * Document installation processes, configuration steps, incidents, and applied solutions. * Train end users (laboratory and administrative staff) on basic usage of the implemented system. * Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to software, hardware, and connectivity. * Coordinate with internal departments (development, support, operations) to address and track technical requirements. * Ensure implementation complies with operational and regulatory standards applicable in the clinical environment. * Perform configuration adjustments according to client needs, without intervening in software development. * Support system updates or reinstallation when required. Strengths/Skills: * Implementation and configuration of software in production environments (not development). * Hardware\-software integration (laboratory equipment, peripherals, interfaces). * Networking and connectivity knowledge (IP, ports, data communication). * Command\-line interface (CMD / terminal) proficiency for diagnostics and configuration. * Execution of functional tests and post\-implementation validations. * Operational understanding of clinical laboratories and their basic workflow. * Problem\-solving ability under pressure. * Clear communication with both technical and non\-technical users. **Minimum Education:** Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Computer Science, or related fields. **Minimum Experience:** 1 to 3 verifiable years. **Working Conditions:** * Employment Type: Initial 3\-month probationary period with permanence evaluation. * Location: Office work in Metepec, State of Mexico, with constant travel availability. * Schedule: Flexible hours due to the nature of the role. * Work Environment: Clinical laboratory with areas for sample reception, processing, and validation. **Benefits and Salary Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $12,000 to $15,000 (depending on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Additional holidays beyond official ones. * Ongoing training and professional development.
