La Tijera near El Palomar, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Main Responsibilities: * Explaining payroll to employees. * Office management. * Basic knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and STYPS. * Managing general documentation archives. * Strong verbal communication skills and eagerness to learn. * Recruitment and selection (using social media and job groups). * File management. * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and writing.
