Responsibilities. ◦ Evaluate new patients, detail pathology, prepare clinical notes, and initiate treatment. ◦ Maintain patient records and write progress notes; issue discharge notes when applicable. ◦ Support and analyze treatments prescribed by physicians. ◦ Maintain and care for equipment and materials provided for treatment delivery. ◦ Fulfill all obligations established at the workplace. ◦ Follow safety and hygiene protocols to ensure patient protection. * Promote health within the workplace and among patients.
