A private, high-specialty hospital is hiring: **EMERGENCY PHYSICIAN!** **Job Requirements:** Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (degree and professional license). Specialization in Medical-Surgical Emergencies or Emergency Medicine (specialty degree and specialty license). Current certification from the corresponding council (preferred). Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospital emergency departments—MANDATORY. Knowledge of and ability to apply emergency protocols, triage, resuscitation, and patient safety standards. Skills in decision-making under pressure and working within a multidisciplinary team. **Job Objective:** To ensure high-quality, professional medical care with strong problem-solving capacity for critical medical conditions, identifying pathologies and providing optimal treatment for patients, thereby guaranteeing patient integrity and safety. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assess, diagnose, and treat patients arriving at the emergency department, prioritizing them according to triage criteria. * Stabilize critically ill patients and coordinate their initial management. * Provide clinical follow-up and document medical evolution during the emergency department stay. * Prescribe treatments and perform procedures in accordance with clinical guidelines and institutional protocols. * Timely request, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and imaging studies. * Prepare and maintain complete, clear, and up-to-date clinical records, in compliance with current regulations. * Coordinate inter-specialty consultations and refer patients when necessary. * Provide clear clinical information and medical guidance to patients and/or their families.
