Compliance with labor and tax obligations A leading company in its industry is seeking a professional experienced in personnel administration and labor process control. ### **Objective** Ensure the proper execution and control of personnel administration-related processes, guaranteeing accuracy in the calculation, validation, and disbursement of economic benefits, as well as compliance with current labor and tax obligations. Main Responsibilities * Processing and calculating personnel incidents. * Preparing and reviewing pre-payroll and payroll. * Managing employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with relevant authorities. * Validating earnings, deductions, and withholdings. * Generating administrative and financial reports. * Assisting employees with inquiries related to payments. * Complying with current labor and tax regulations. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processes. * Knowledge of labor and tax legislation. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. * High level of confidentiality and numerical accuracy. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and compliance orientation.
