Teamwork and coordination **Department:** Accounting Must be a graduate of Public Accounting and available to work the required schedule. **Job Summary:** Responsible for data entry—including income and expense vouchers for individuals and legal entities—preparation of monthly and annual tax returns, calculation and payment of taxes, as well as other activities related to corporate accounting functions. **Immediate Supervisor:** Accounting Supervisor **Responsibilities:** * Data entry. * Preparation of tax returns. * Tax payments. * Bank reconciliations. * Calculation of municipal, state, and federal taxes. * IMSS calculation. * Referenced payments. * Payroll calculation and related payroll activities. **Relationship with Other Positions:** Reports directly to the supervisor; collaborates with other assistants to ensure accurate handling of corporate accounting information. **Requirements:** Graduate of Public Accounting; minimum two years of experience; gender unrestricted; preferably completed professional internships at accounting firms.
