




Carry out the administration, registration, control, and compliance of the company’s accounting, tax, and financial obligations. This position is 100% focused on payroll, IMSS, and INFONAVIT matters. * Ensure accurate calculation, control, and reporting of employer obligations. * Knowledge of IDSE, SUA, SIPARE, SIROC, ICSOE, and SISUB. * Current regulatory framework regarding IMSS, INFONAVIT, and the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Experience managing multiple Employer Registration Numbers (Registros Patronales). * Administer affiliation-related transactions (registrations, cancellations, modifications to mixed and variable salaries, rehiring). * Address and follow up on requests and notifications from IMSS and INFONAVIT. * Calculate and review IMSS employer-employee contributions. * Generate, validate, and submit SUA reports and bimonthly INFONAVIT reports. * Prepare and stamp payroll receipts, ensuring compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SUA requirements. * Manage procedures on platforms: REPSE, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SIROC, IDSE, SUA. * Knowledge of payroll incidents and payroll processing. * Calculation of severance payments and settlements. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field (degree must be completed). Experience: * Up-to-date knowledge of the Income Tax Law (Ley del ISR), VAT Law (Ley del IVA), IMSS Law, SIROC, and INFONAVIT Law. * Corporate accounting experience: 2 years (mandatory). * Tax calculation and filing experience: 2 years (mandatory). * Payroll experience: 1 year (mandatory).
