




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to support the recovery of overdue accounts receivable and reduce delinquency, by implementing collection strategies and negotiating payment agreements. You are invited to participate in the selection process for the position of: **“Accounts Receivable Assistant”** Join one of the most important life centers in Querétaro. **Work Location: Puerta la Victoria Life Center.** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a 2-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** Requirements: * Education: Finance, CPA, Economics, or Administration * Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience, preferably in shopping centers. Responsibilities: * Recover overdue account balances, reduce account delinquency levels, and prevent financial loss to the company by conducting collections and executing collection strategies. * Contact clients regarding overdue receivables. * Secure payment commitments from clients or authorized payers, achieving a satisfactory fulfillment rate for receivables collection. * Maintain records of payment negotiations to reach agreements favorable to the company. Required Skills: * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency * Ability to work under pressure * Organized and proactive * Attention to detail in work * Teamwork. We Offer: * **Salary: Initial gross monthly salary of $19,850; adjusted to $20,840 gross after 3 months.
