We take pride in being a company committed to the growth and well-being of our employees. **Job Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance · Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position · Gender: Unrestricted **Responsibilities:** · Issuing checks · Preparing expenditure budgets · Updating expenditure journal entries · Budgetary control: generating payments and transfers on time, and monitoring them. · Vendor payments: issuing checks and collecting payment signatures; daily reconciliation (debits vs. credits) · Payroll processing: reviewing amounts, requesting funding, disbursing fiscal payroll, collecting signatures on stamped receipts **Required Knowledge:** § Proficiency in accounting software § Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet usage § Strategic thinking § Excellent communication skills § Accounting knowledge and experience § Knowledge of and experience with archiving and record-keeping techniques. **We Offer:** v Salary: $3,000, paid weekly v Statutory benefits v Working days: Monday to Friday Employment Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
