Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Technician or accounting student to record journal entries, issue invoices, manage accounts, and assist with tax and payroll filings. Key Highlights: 1. Emphasis on attention to detail, organization, and proactivity Accounting Technician or incomplete accounting degree Main Responsibilities: Recording and classification of accounting journal entries (general ledger, revenue, expenses) Issuing invoices to customers, as well as payment complements. Management and monitoring of accounts receivable (customers) Management and monitoring of accounts payable (suppliers), tracking of invoicing and payment complements, as well as assistance in the accounting posting of information and review of invoices (CFDI). Support in preparing tax returns (VAT, Income Tax), and tax withholdings filed with SAT. Payroll support (knowledge mandatory) Support in preparing state-level taxes. Knowledge and Skills Accounting Software: Contpaqi Invoicing Software: Contpaqi Basic Excel Tax/Payroll: Knowledge of Mexican tax laws (Income Tax, VAT, Withholdings), IMSS, INFONAVIT, 2% payroll tax. Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Friday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm Benefits: Vacation: Starts at 13 days per year.
