**Company in the plastics sector**, specialized in the **manufacturing of components for telecommunications, tourism, and various industrial projects**, is seeking talent to join its team as: **ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: 23 to 29 years. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. * Proficiency in **CONTPAQi Accounting** (desirable) * Proficiency in Office software (Excel, Word) * Conducting cyclical inventory counts * Invoicing * Accounting entries (Revenue, Expenses, and Journal) * Basic knowledge of tax law; **Income Tax (ISR) and VAT (IVA)** * **Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor (or similar role) in a fast-food outlet or kitchen** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Recording the company’s operational and accounting transactions in the systems. * Submitting the INEGI questionnaire * Reviewing and controlling operational and accounting records in the systems. * Bank reconciliations * Cleaning up physical inactive file archives. * Filing vouchers and departmental documents. * Assisting in the preparation and updating of manuals * Preparing reports or fulfilling requests required by the Accounting Department. * Expense invoicing. * Submitting the DIOT (Taxpayer’s Information Return). * Submitting Electronic Accounting. * Providing support to external accounting firms. * Preparing petty cash and payroll checks. * Completing working papers for payroll, depreciation, provisions, etc. * Assisting with monthly, semiannual, and annual cyclical inventories. **WE OFFER:** * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements** * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM * **Work Location:** Parque Industrial Jurica Acceso II Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
