




Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional to manage accounting records, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and payment tracking, with availability and capacity to learn. Key Points: 1. Experience in accounting records and bank reconciliations 2. Comprehensive management of invoicing and payment tracking 3. Responsible and willing to perform various activities The following knowledge is required for the execution of this position: Accounting records in COI. Responsible for the digital filing of tax receipts. Bank reconciliations. Recording of income. Review of staff attendance lists for construction sites. Review of weekly and monthly payroll with the viewer. Review of IMSS payments. Tracking of customer invoicing via the client portal. Preparation of the DIOT. Customer invoicing, as well as tracking of the payment complement. Uploading invoices to the client portal. Willingness to learn, schedule flexibility, no issues with commuting, availability for various tasks—including those mentioned above—and work follows a British week schedule.
