




Job Summary: This position focuses on managing receiving, inventory control, and supply of materials for production lines within ERP D365, maintaining accurate records and optimizing storage space. Responsibilities: **Job Objective:** To manage receiving, inventory control, and supply of various products and materials stored in the warehouse to different production lines via ERP D365, in accordance with established departmental standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for receiving raw materials and finished goods by correctly recording codes in the appropriate forms; also captures incoming and outgoing transactions in ERP D365 to keep information up-to-date and aligned with physical warehouse inventory. * Responsible for supplying raw materials to plant production lines as required, by timely picking against work orders and recording in ERP D365, to minimize production downtime. * Responsible for conducting physical inventory counts of the raw material warehouse—whether cyclic, annual, or upon request from Finance Management—and for recording results in designated forms, strictly adhering to material codes and descriptions, to ensure precise control over stock levels both physically and within ERP D365. * Responsible for identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies arising during physical inventory counts, comparing results against ERP D365\. * Responsible for monitoring material obsolescence to prevent loss of raw materials or peripherals; and responsible for informing their direct supervisor about materials nearing expiration so appropriate actions can be taken. * Responsible for verifying available warehouse space and managing it effectively to ensure continuous material receiving capacity. * Responsible for identifying and properly storing materials in the warehouse to avoid damage, rework, or accidents; also responsible for warehouse organization and cleanliness.
