This is how we live our Holcim Spirit culture—centered on purpose, people, and performance—to accelerate sustainable construction. **WE’RE LOOKING FOR YOU: Excavator / Front-End Loader Operator** You will be responsible for receiving and staging aggregates (sand and gravel) at the plant and supplying them to receiving hoppers to meet the plant’s scheduled production targets. **Your key challenges will include:** * Receiving aggregates at the plant and directing drivers to designated unloading locations. * Staging aggregates in marked stockpiles according to type and size, keeping them segregated to prevent contamination and clearly identified. * Homogenizing aggregates per specified requirements. * Verifying materials being used with the batcher, according to the required concrete type. * Supplying aggregates to receiving hoppers to meet the plant’s production requirements. Work Location: Polotitlán Concrete Plant Essential Requirements: * Completed high school or secondary education. * Minimum 3 years’ experience operating excavators, front-end loaders, or other heavy machinery, including preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. * DC3 license or excavator operation certification preferred. * Safety awareness. * Willingness to relocate to nearby plants. Desired Qualifications: * Ability to work under pressure. * Teamwork orientation. * Ability to follow instructions. * Flexible availability for shift schedules.
