**“CCO SC” Company recognized in its field of LP Gas and Provincial Gas is seeking the following personnel for the Pachuca, Hidalgo area:** **Systems Manager** **Job Objective:** Ensure the optimal operation of company departments related to IT systems activities and responsibilities, as well as compliance with user requirements, enabling all departments to operate correctly and efficiently. **Required Knowledge:** · Proficiency in Linux / Windows Server software (virtualization) · Knowledge of LAN and WAN networks. · Proficiency in Database Management using SQL Server and MySQL · Programming knowledge desirable **Responsibilities:** * Properly manage user requests and reports related to IT systems activities, providing efficient and high-quality support. * Address user-submitted requests to implement corrective actions on the Company’s computer equipment. · Perform daily backups of the databases for the Company’s administrative and operational control systems. · Properly monitor and coordinate network and internet service installations during office or plant openings. · Create user accounts, provision services, and perform updates for the Company’s systems. · Plan and schedule computer equipment replacement across all Company departments, including optimal tracking and warranty validation. · Other duties as assigned **Education and Experience Required:** · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field. · Experience: 1 year in this role or a similar position · Willingness to travel · Willingness to relocate between plants. **Additional Information:** · Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. · Location: México-Pachuca Highway Km. 84.5, Col.
