Leads manufacturing technicians and mold change technicians. **What your background should look like** Education: Plastic Engineering / Mechatronics / Industrial Engineering Professional Experience: \+6 years of experience as an engineer, preferably Specific Knowledge and Skills: Advanced English Scientific Molding Mold Master Certification Drawing software, computer packages: AutoCAD, CREO, SolidWorks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to effectively document technical information. Knowledge of problem solving methodologies (5 Whys, 8D, A3, PDCA). Lean Six Sigma tools. Effective leadership skills. Interpretation of engineering drawings and use of measurement instruments. Core Tools Job\-relevant knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.
