If you are ready to join our team, apply now to become an **SMT Process Technician (backend)** at our Queretaro plant! **Objective:** The **SMT Process Technician (backend)** will be responsible for documenting, updating, and maintaining the processes, methods, and tools required to ensure correct operation of SMT production lines. Provide direct production support for equipment, track quality defects, and lead continuous improvement projects, ensuring products meet quality standards, applicable regulations, and required timelines. **Responsibilities:** * Document production methods, tools, and processes, including operator safety points. * Update or create process documents such as process sheets, parameter sheets, FMEAs, capability studies, flowcharts, and tooling specifications. * Validate and support procurement of required tooling for the SMT line. * Provide technical support to SMT production lines regarding equipment and processes. * Track quality defects and support related analysis and rework activities. * Ensure products comply with established quality and reliability standards. **What Do You Need?** * Knowledge of Electronics. * Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards. * Knowledge of problem-solving techniques such as 5W, 8D, DMAIC. * Knowledge of equipment such as **Selective soldering, Wave soldering, Router, Conformal coating, Pin insertion**. * Knowledge of FMEA, SPC. * Effective communication skills. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an SMT / Backend Process Technician. * Experience in the automotive electronics industry. * Experience with PCBA inspection equipment. * **Technician Shift Schedule: On-site Mode – Rotating Shifts Monday to Saturday** 1st Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Mon–Sat 2nd Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Mon–Sat 3rd Shift: 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Mon–Fri Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $1.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
