Ensure accurate validation, registration, and control of transportation services carried out by suppliers or fleets, verifying compliance with operational agreements, rates, documentation (waybills, manifests, delivery proof, fuel receipts, etc.), and established service levels. **What knowledge and skills are required?** * Interest in customer service and interpersonal interaction (approx. 1 year of experience) * Completed high school education * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Strong communication skills * Negotiation skills * Ability to work under pressure (to promptly address and follow up on operator inquiries) * Organized * Analytical * Service-oriented personality **What do we offer?** * Monthly gross salary of $10,000 * Statutory benefits from day one * Career development opportunities * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., remotely (Home Office) * Work location: Ceiba Street #38, Santa María Insurgentes neighborhood.
