Experience in customer tracking. Administrative, sales, and marketing skills. Knowledge of billing processes. Ability to work under pressure. Gender: Unrestricted Age: 25 to 40 years old Responsibilities: Commercial tracking of your customer portfolio (including pickup scheduling, deliveries, deviations, shipment measurement, and status updates) Commercial area reports according to the established schedule. Quotations for external and internal customers. Reporting to credit and collections departments. Presentation of monthly and quarterly KPIs to top customers within your portfolio. Tariff negotiations based on volumes agreed upon in policies. Measurement of billing volumes. Tracking of clarifications.
