Salary: $13,395.00 per month, before taxes. WE OFFER: Gasoline allowance or monthly transportation support: $1,500 Monthly sales guarantee bonus: $3,000 Statutory benefits from day one Savings fund Food vouchers: 5% Savings fund contribution: 5% Attendance and punctuality bonus: 5% REQUIREMENTS: Minimum one year of prior sales experience. Background in the same industry (courier services) or knowledge of logistics. Complete basic documentation. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prospect new customers (customers with potential above $100,000) * Follow up on prospecting across established stages (Diagnosis, Planning, Execution, and Closing) * Close and develop new customers to achieve each one’s full sales potential * Meet established targets * Submit daily prospecting and visit reports * Administrative follow-up for customer onboarding and credit approvals * Offer transportation solutions for diverse cargo types (consolidated freight, full truckload, warehousing, etc.) to various destinations including: Monterrey, State of Mexico, Guadalajara, San Luis Potosí, Querétaro, Guanajuato.
